Add room separation lines or turn on the room bounding parameter for elements as appropriate.
Room not enclosed revit.
The reason for this is the room is placed at a specific height if this is above the height of your walls then the room is technically no longer being placed in the enclosed region even though it might appear so on your floor plan.
For a room in a schedule revit displays not enclosed.

If tracking these exterior areas is desired adding room separation lines to complete the boundary enables revit to triangulate the area.
This message displays when a room is not properly enclosed by bounding elements or room separation lines.

This room was enclosed not sure why it is not anymore some walls were added that i set to not be room bounding.
Can t i edit that this blue rectangle that is showing the extent of the room.
Additionally another warning says the room bounding element is invisible in current view.

I did click on the show bounding elements on the options bar and revit highlights the walls as being enclosed.
