I recommend you get the stainless ohio despite the composite bushings the stainless makes up for it.
You can always drop by your local fitness depot location and do a comparison of their needle bar vs their bushing bar with some bumpers on it.
The ohio bar includes the variants such as the froning bar castro bar and the chan bar.

If you want a bar just for squatting the westside bar will be stiffer.
I was curious to know if anyone owns any of those 3 bars and could give their opinion insight of their bar.
The updated knurl pattern was chosen specifically to louie s standards and is deep and coarse without being sharp or abrasive.

I have owned both bars at the same time actually and i prefer the ohio.
I have a rogue westside power bar ohio bar v1 1 and ohio bar v1 2 each in black zinc and this hasn t happened to any of them.

The bos bar seems to spin better prob because it has needle bearings while the rogue bar uses bushings.

They re very similar bars as far as i can tell with the main difference being the b r bar has dual knurl marks more passive knurling and costs 30 more at the moment.
Rogue is a bigger name though if that means anything to you.
