For those who haven t looked into yoga mats yet let s talk about the standard sizing.
I really don t need another 15 minutes yoga vinyasa flow for days where you re feeling down etc.
Haven t tried cork or jute and no other material preferences or travel mat recommendations.
Once i knew i was going to commit to yoga long term i invested in a gaiam yoga mat more or less because i loved the design and color it was slightly more expensive than.
Don t have to use a towel over it.
